Process

The process began with research into marine flora and fauna and then sketching ways to translate them into simple shapes.

A style frame was then created to capture the art direction and the arrangement of the space.

The virtual reality process started with a line sketch of the space, to work out scale and the impact of the environment. The sketch was then blocked in with solid shapes to better get a sense of the space.

After that, every element was hand crafted and animated in VR to produce the final experience.
